Shelly Waltz Campbell is a native of Columbia County and graduated from North Georgia College and State University in 2000 with a BBA in Marketing. She started her financial career with SunTrust Bank dealing with a variety of loan products. Shelly then became a licensed real estate agent with Blanchard and Calhoun and has held an active real estate license since 2004. She is very excited to be a part of Augusta Mortgage, where she can combine her banking knowledge and her real estate experience to provide excellent customer service to her buyers. Shelly is a member of the Greater Augusta Association of Realtors, the Augusta Board of Realtors, the Builders Association of Metro Augusta, the Sales and Marketing Council of Augusta.

Jennifer Neal joined Augusta Mortgage as a third-generation mortgage professional beginning in 1996. Jennifer’s career began at a family-owned business in Augusta, where she worked as a mortgage loan processor. After many years in the business, Jennifer moved to California for a position which led to her obtaining a real estate & mortgage license, which then led to an operations management position where she supervised 30 employees. Currently, Jennifer is a Sr. licensed mortgage loan originator in both GA & SC offering VA, FHA, USDA, Conventional and Jumbo home purchase and refinance mortgage loans and special programs.
